Despiting the hijacking of the thread...<br /><br />So what is the best weapon (currently available) for a paladin to use?  Other than the distraction created by what any "monster" would consider to be more interesting than a fight for it's life/treasure?<br /><br />Once you have answered the question, THEN you can go do, that voo-doo, that you do, so well!  Right Headley?

I do have a regular Great Sword for my Paladin, though I may try to pick up a +1 Longsword here or on eBay. I'd really love to get the +2 Holy Sword, but it's currently out of my price range.<br /><br />Dave

Well do you want max damage or max AC?<br /><br />If you want Max damage - +2 Great Club...don't have that PURP - use the RED +1 Great Club.<br /><br />If you want Max AC - (on handed weapon + shiled) go with a +2 Longsword...don't have that PURP - use the RED +1 Longsword.<br /><br />
