Can you wish for the whole treasure chest? Can you wish for tokens? Can you wish for a set of UR's? Can you wish to help create a token? Can you wish for a golden ticket? Can you wish for more wishes? =D Are there general guidelines?

It's probably in game only, much like the hourglass of answers. I seriously doubt you could use the latter to ask jeff his social security number or something along those line. As an in game, I can't think of any situation where it'd be worthwhile to use one. I mean, look at 3.5 rules for wishes. It's pretty much useless. You could probably wish a monster dead or a teammate back to life, but there are far cheaper ways to accomplish both.
