TOPIC: Token guide errata

To all, if you are looking at the most current version of the token guide and notice typos or errors, post them here.  I can then use the list to clean them up before I publish the next version.<br /><br />Thank you for your help,<br /><br />Dave

Pointed out issue with inconsistency between text, visual, and matrix listing for the "fly" spell.  Is it potion/scroll/ or both.  2005b UR.

Haste potion - listed on page 30 as a 2004 only rare item.  <br /><br />Not in collector's matrix, not on TD Fans website.  <br /><br />binia

<br /><br />Was it an '04?  If so, that would make the '04 set 37 rares, 37 uncommons, and 37 commons.  Must've been somebody's favorite number.  <br /><br />I'm coming up with 38 commons, 38 uncommons and 29 rares in '03.  <br /><br />You only got tokens in both those years *during* the dungeon run, is that correct?  Did y'all start out naked, fighting with your fists?  (No wonder Henwy likes TD so much)<br /><br />Trivia:  without looking, can you remember which common and uncommon are different?  Hint:  one was discontinued, the other promoted to a rare (near as I can tell).<br /><br />binia

<br />Hi Binia,<br /><br />  I have the tri-fold sheet they handed out for 2004 when you bought a treasure token kit, and it had only 36 tokens of each variety on it. <br /><br />  Weapons were part of your character sheet in those early days. Weapon tokens became mandatory for playing in 2005.<br /><br />  I am looking at my records for 2003, and it also appears that there were 36 tokens of each variety.<br /><br />Dave, can you check that 2003 included the scroll: comp languages, scroll: cure light (green); according to my records they came out in 2004. (It would make sense for the scroll to be 2004, because in 2003, there was the green potion of cure light wounds).<br /><br />Also, there was a scroll of fly given out in 2005.<br /><br />

<br /><br />Thanks Apteryx!  Any chance you could scan that and send it to me (jjen at doglover dot com)?  36 is certainly a more 'normal' number....  hmm... at each rarity there was a token of "Special?" that maybe isn't on your sheet.  Could that be the difference?<br /><br />binia

Specials existed in 2003 and 2004...<br /><br />I have 2003 common and 2004 Rare...still have not seen an Uncommon from either year...but they existed as far as I know.<br /><br />G<br />

<br /><br />I think I heard that you could buy them at SOCAL in 2003, but not in Indy.  Was that the case?  I know I never saw any for sale in Indy in 2003, but we might have missed it.
