There are 20 PURPS so to get one of each regular and PROOF you need to pick 40.<br /><br />Every $500 you spend gets you 1 and 1.<br /><br />so you need 20 buys at $500 or $10K  Sorry I was at work and had $250 as the 1 and 1 level.<br /><br />Maybe Mike counted on getting a few PURPS in the extra bags and that was why he said $8K.

<br /><br />Nope - for some reason I had thought there were 16 PURPs, so two of each would be $8K.  $10K is right for 20 PURPs each regular & Proof.

<br /><br />Yeah.  I was wondering about people's math and when Douglas would step in.  <br /><br /><br />$1000 = 2 regular and 2 proof URs<br />there are 20 Regular and 20 Proof URs and you receive two of each per 1000 (20/2=10).<br />Means you'd have to buy 10 * 1000, or $10,000.00, to get all 20 Regular and 20 Proof URs.<br />This does not take into consideration the "Random" URs.<br />

<br /><br />And one interesting thing is, that's a pretty large sample.  It should get 12 "00" bags on average.  <br /><br />The really interesting thing is how many Golden Tokens it gets.  If 1200 token bags gets 4 Golden Tokens, and the spacing of the Golden Tokens is consistent (similar to how consistent the "00" bags are) that would indicate a print run of about 4800 bags or 48,000 tokens.  Of course, that is just speculation since the distribution of the Golden Tokens might not be even.  Or even if it is even, Jeff could get fewer than the average number of tokens if his bags start right after someone else gets a Golden Token and ends right before someone else gets one.  Or - he could get more than average if he gets a Golden Token right at the start of this token bags, and another right at the end of the token bags (similar to the luck in getting two "00" bags with a $1000 purchase of 120 bags). 

I probably just missed this somewhere, but the gold ticket token would replace a common token in a pack like a UR would?

Except for any "hey, you got 2 URs in your 1000-pack and I received 0" issues, would it be kind of neat to pool all our orders together and have one huge 30,000+ token order sent to one location for us to ravage?<br /><br />Honestly, if I win a multi-million dollar lottery, I plan on doing what I can to have a TD room with like a bridge or something over an entire stream/river full of tokens.  Or perhaps a room where you need to wade through tokens to get to the other side.  I'd just love to see that many unrwapped/unbagged tokens in once place at one time.<br /><br />

Lets see, if Smak should get 4 Golden tickets from his $10,000 purchase that means I get .4 Golden tickets in my $1,000 purchase.   Somehow I don't think they will accept .4 ticket to get in.     <br /><br />Sigh,<br /><br />/repeating to self "I will only order once, I will only order once"

<br /><br />If I combine my .4 Golden Ticket with yours, and we find a $500 buyer with a .2 ticket, let's combine forces and share the adventure, one of us can do rooms 1-3, the other 4-6, and the last 7-8  =)

Another interesting thing would be the after-event value of a Golden Token.  Even though they would have no game value, I'd like to have one for my collection if anyone ends up with any multiples (Jeff...)  =D

<br /><br />Yep.  Sixteen random packs have then inserted in place of a Common.  Heck, I guess it is even possible (although about the same chance as me ever doing a swimsuit calender) that a pack of tokens could contain 5 Commons, 2 Uncommons, 1 Rare, 1 Golden Ticket and 1 Ultra Rare.
