TOPIC: Falling purple prices on E-bay And Value of GP

Re: Falling purple prices on E-bay And Value of GP 16 years 7 months ago #13

I wish she would just go away. She clogs up my "True Dungeon" search bookmark with her 20 some odd auctions. The latest ones have some pleas in them...

In her one for universal solvent...

"THIS BEING ONE OF THE TOKENS THAT YOU WANTED TO HAVE ON YOU IN GENCON 2007 TRUE DUNGEON!!!!!

DON"T YOU REMEMBER!!!!!

No Returns"

For the low low price of $10 + shipping. =(

Again, I thought she didn't know about TD, being "just a mom" and all...

I'm going to find out which one of you guys is really her. And then we'll all gang up on you at Gen Con and laugh.

What would be really funny is if we could find a picture of her.

I could just imagine everyone snickering behind her back when she would enter TD territory.

I don't know. She might be afraid of us True Dungeon nuts.

Kim

With some of the things she is selling on ebay, she has to think we are all IDIOTS.

$10 + shipping for 11 trash brown tokens I would happily give to new players.

Except - several of her auctions with just commons have sold at very high prices, so she's gotten some positive reinforcement to keep listing auctions. There must be some bidders that are new to True Dungeon and don't understand the values of the tokens.

Or she has people running up the value of her auctions to try to get people to bid higher. This seems pretty likely given her actions so far.

Yea but the price she got for it was in-line with it GP value.

Death's Door potion is listed at 300 GP, assuming $0.05 per GP, the price should be around $15.00. She got $12.87 (and free shipping).

So she sold something but not at a great price.

It is funny the next auction for a DD potion is going for $16.38 (when you include shipping)
