TOPIC: lets try one more time

i am looking for a +2 keen scimitar.  come on people, im sure it is getting annoying hearing me ask every couple of weeks, just trade me one and ill shut up about it <br /><br />ok, now the part that is a little different:<br />i have a +2 long sword that i will trade for it (even trade).<br />i also have a +2 holy great sword that i will listen to offers for (this one, i dont know if i would do an even trade for the scimitar, you may have to throw in a little extra).<br />or i could trade a pile of other tokens (rares, uncommons, commons...i even have ziplock bags already set aside that have everything to trade for this years combo tokens).

Holy cats.. if I get the +2 keen scimitar anywhere I will trade it for the +2 Holy Great Sword plus whatever you want.. my cat.. my car.. my wallet.. you pick.

<br /><br />heh, yeah, but here you see my problem.  it seems that the only ones that actually have a keen scimitar feel this uncontrollable urge to hold onto it for thier 'set'.  i actually dont think it will be as hard to get ahold of after gencon (unless all the people who get them dont come to the message boards), but both my runs are on thursday.  ::le sigh::

<br /><br />I'm curious why you think it'll be easier to get ahold of after GENCON than before it.  Anyone that has it for their set, is still going to want it for their set after GENCON.  And anyone like me, that has one to use in the game (for me as the best weapon for the Druid), is still going to want it after GENCON.  Do you think numerous Keen Scimitars will be found in the dungeon? 

Well, there is still the chance that someone might find one in the bag they get with their ticket.<br />Some people that are not regular players or collectors might just want to sell trade it in the tavern...

yes.. that is precisely my plan. I will get there and make many purchases and get my token that way. And then I will find Kurtreznor and own myself a +2 holy great sword . Or alternatively I may have to get stabby with the owner of a scimitar already.  =D
