TOPIC: Tokens on eBay - Full set ending July 20th

Ahem.. I guess I am stepping on the homebrewish side of things regarding the DS  =D

Are the one-token auctions over?  I tried the links, and got auctions that end in 6 days.<br />

Hey - that was an idea I had.    One-token auctions that is.  I figured it might work nicely to get a Rare for $10-15, depending upon what players were willing to pay for it.<br /><br /><br /><br />JKW

Works pretty well for some of the better rares.  For a Great Axe +1 that closes at $2.75, you're not making much more than eBay fees, though.  Still, I think it's a good way to get better data on what people are willing to pay for items, and ultimately, what they're worth.  With single token auctions, it's pretty clear what the bidders were bidding on.  <br />

Also occasion Jeff likes to taunt the diehards by putting up a clue or some such for like 12-20 hours and then delete it afterwards. He had done that christmas weekend last year if I remember correctly. Many of us wondered if Jeff was going to put anything on the forum april 1st to taunt the forumites with.

Don't forget Easter.  I think I kept checking all day long and didn't see anything.  So much for Easter Eggs!  <br /><br />I do, however, forget to check the Off Topic threads.  I suppose I should check there, too!<br />

If I remember correctly it was Christmas day - and it was up about 24 hours I think.
