Man, I am so behind the times!  Hope the trading will continue for a few more days.  Gary, how do you recommend shipping tokens for a trade - between pieces of cardboard?  I would think a padded envelope would do.<br /><br />Brian<br />

I still prefer bubble-wrap and a box.<br /><br />At least twice last year, when I received wooden tokens in a bubble-lined envelope, the wooden tokens arrived broken.  Why?  Probably because the USPS tries to send all such envelopes through high-speed sorters that go around corners (I've seen the workings of a post office).<br /><br />

<br /><br />i have used the bubble wrap envelopes for smaller token exchanges with no complaints.<br /><br />what i will do is use 3 pieces of cardboard. i used a top and bottom but the middle has a hole or slot cut into it to put the tokens in. lay your first piece of cardboard downfollowed by the second with the hole. you can use a couple layers of toilet paper (top and bottom) to cushion the abrasiveness of the cardboard. next is the other solid piece of cardboard. then wrap in tape. all done.<br /><br />for larger orders. i have used rolls of paper towels or toilet paper rolls. you stuff some padding in both ends and tape it. all done.<br /><br />i haven't heard any complaints so far. hope this helps.

The wooden tokens had the chance of breaking in half during shipment, I'd think the new tokens are much sturdier and that a bubble envelope should be sufficient for them (that's my guess at least).

<br />I just mailed out 3 orders!! I hope they all get there OK! 2 were in buble envolope's and the other in a nice little box!!! Your welcome Raven!
