OK, here is a start to the official answers to some of these questions. I am still waiting on a few more discussions before I post all the info, but this will get things started:

#1. How do Dragon Scale Armor & Shield interact with a Ring of Fire Resistance? Which do you apply first? Say you're using all 3 and take 10 points of fire damage. Do you halve first and then subtract 2? Or subtract 2 and then halve?
Subtract then halve. This is also how we will deal with any type of stacking bonuses or percentages.

#2. Do the side effects of Dwarven Ale (-2 AC) and Dwarven Rations (+1 to Fortitude) stack if you consume multiple Ales or multiple Rations?
Yes

#3. Are you able to apply multiple oils at the same time or do they somehow interfere with each other? Could I apply Oil of Ghost Touch, Oil of Holiness, and Drow Blade Venom all on the same weapon?
Sure, but it takes one round to apply each unique item.

#4. Since the Lavender Ellipsoid Ioun Stone is revolving around your head, wouldn't any intelligent undead monster with a touch attack simply spend an action to take the Ioun Stone before using its touch attack?
It is entirely within the realm of possibility.

#5. Last year there was talk of requiring guild membership before being able to create combo items (the idea was then scrapped). Will it be the same this year (no membership dues need to be paid but also no special guild token)?
The guild memberships, while a great idea, are on hold for now. Once the relationship with the new token vendor stabilizes and we figure out how to optimize the token runs, we may have guilds.

#6 Ring of Evasion.
I always thought (as a newcommer last year - and still today) that this item could use a little further clarification.
The guide clearly states (in my own words since I cannot copy from it): if an event allows for a reflex save and the character wearing the RoE saves, that character takes no damage. Understood.

However, what is NOT clear is what happens if, in the same circumstances, the character wearing the ring fails the save. Do they take Full damage (that is what is suggested since the text does not state otherwise) or would the character take 1/2 damage (this is what I would expect).
No. they take full damage as if not wearing the ring. All the ring does is further reduce the damage to zero if the evade is successful.

#7 It's nice to see that the Boots of Elvenkind were changed back so that all classes can use them (though only Rogues benefit from the sneak attack ability). In one of the earlier images, "Rogue" is the only class listed on the bottom. Traditionally other classes could wear the Boots in order to be more quiet (possibly of use in the dungeon), though they didn't benefit from a direct in-game effect (such as the sneak attack).
My apologies, I was given two sets of images and I used the wrong one, the token should read Rogues only. It really is not too great a loss as there was little opportunity to allow a player, beyond the rogue to move silently anyway, for game play reasons

#8 Mage Armor has been nerfed so it no longer stacks with armor. Doesn't hurt the Wizard (who didn't have armor before this year) so it really just hits the Bard. I don't know why the description says it can't be used with armor (rather than not stacking with armor). Say a Wizard has a Cloak of the Mage (but no +2 Claok of Resistance). He would rather have the +4 AC of the Mage Armor (instead of the +3 from the Cloak) but still wants to use the saving throw bonus. Why can't he use the Cloak of the Mage with the Mage Armor (even though he only gets the AC bonus from one)?
Let’s just say the magic from one nullifies the other.

More to follow...

You should know better than to pick up a duck in a dungeon....
