The notice is still up on the transmute page, so I would assume so. Looks like it won't lift until they 2024 token shipment actually arrives

If there's an in person limit or if TD runs out of Golden Fleece at Gamehole Con, I will have some available at Trent's Lounge where I can "transmute" them for you.
