Simply having the letters c, l, e, a, v, e, and r in succession is not sufficient. E.g., if there were such a thing as a “Cleaverium Mace”, it would not compatible with this bead.

All the results from the above search qualify under this rule.

I think Kusig's point is that the Bead of the Cleaver description says that "Cleaver" or "Axe" must be a word. It does not say it can be part of a compound word, and in fact gives examples of words like "Cleaverium" that explicitly do not count. So Kusig is drawing the conclusion that as-written, "Deathcleaver" is more similar to falling into the "Cleaverium" case than the "Cleaver" case.

My plaintext suggestion would be: name contains "cleaver" AND damage type is "Slashing"

I am not writing the code but a would simply put a flag of cleaver =1 on them and 0 on the others. I would do this for all axes and the deathcleavers. If the charm is equipped you would to see if the sum(cleaver) >0.
