Greater Alchemist pouch has this note:

Note: A potion consumed as a Free Action via things like Pouch of Tulz or Canteen of Quaffing cannot benefit from the +1 healing effect. In game terms, the potion must be stored in one container or the other–it can’t be stored in both.

The same note should probably be listed in canteen of quaffing and pouch of Tulz (and any other related potion tokens)

A similar note may be need for quiver of Anointment and Quiver of Boosting, unless a quiver is fancier than a potion holder and you can use both quiver effects at the same time.

Lenses of Foresight text on Token box is wrong. Says -1 damage... Should be -2 damage.

Lenses of Foresight is now twice as negative as before.
