These are the variable effects for VTD going forward. These will be in effect for the foreseeable future.

Amulet of Wonder / Ring of Wonder
Gain +4 bonus damage as Cold/Fire/Shock/Sonic (pick one during Training) with all attacks, including Spells, but not from scrolls or items. AoEs get a pool of +4 damage.

Eldritch Runestone
1/game, negate the damage and effects of a physical attack to your character. You choose when to invoke this power. It may be invoked to negate an attack immediately after the fact or used proactively. (I.e., "Ouch, that really hurt! Undo it." or "This looks like it's going to hurt, I'm going to protect myself against it.") You can use it to negate a physical AoE, but it only negates the attack for you, not other characters.

UR Special
Not usable in VTD due to its power and rarity.

Do you mean in regards to Double Strike?

Based on the answer to Question 5 on TokenDB, it seems like it should work fine.

Q5) When using double strike to damage two monsters who cause baleful effects when attacked with melee (e.g. Retribution Damage, or other things), what effects does the wearer suffer?
A5) Treat it as if the wearer scored separate melee attack hits on both monsters (e.g., take Retribution Damage twice).

Can both Amulet of Wonder and Ring of Wonder be worn in conjunction for +8? I assume yes as I don't see a named ability that would prevent it, but want to check for certain.

Amulets are going to replace a few necklaces that I don't have the class ones for yet and maybe a few others for specific builds. I have a druid that doesn't like the polymorph necklace build even though it hits like a truck. He prefers to be a caster druid so when he plays VTD he gets a different build and will get one the amulets that I have for trade...lol.

I just played poly druid for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised how good it was. I might have to play druid more.
