Currently there are 2 tokens that only the Dwarf Fighter can use. Elf Wizard and Wizard currently have the exact same set of available tokens. Because of the precedent with the Dwarf Fighter if there was ever a token the Elf Wizard could use that the Wizard could not it would simply be labeled Elf Wizard. However if there was ever a token the Fighter could use that the Dwarf Fighter could not use what would it be labeled? It could not be Fighter as it is ruled that Fighter includes the Dwarf Fighter (see any tokens created before the Dwarf existed they are labelled as Fighter). I don't remember which guide this is in but it is a standard rule we all know.

Any token labelled just Wizard works the same way.

So if we needed to put Human Fighter and Human Wizard on the tokens (if they ever exist) should the character cards also be changed to Human Fighter and Human Wizard?

Just a random thought that occurred to me today and figured I would see what everyone else thought.

I could see "Fighter (not Dwarf Fighter)" being used.
Have you looked it up in the TDb ?

I could see that, you think that would be more optimal than Human Fighter?

Yes, but only because we haven't explicitly stated that the non-dwarf fighter is human.

What about just "non-Dwarven fighter" ? Unless we think Elf Fighters will become a thing.

Fair enough. Does it pigeon whole if there is every 2 fighters besides the Dwarf Fighter?

It seems like this would be a rare enough case that the few impacted tokens could be handled by errata.

Much like if say we rolled the two Fighters back together and needed to deal with the Dwarf Fighter tokens. ;)

I haven't a clue how rare it may or may not be. But I do agree an errata would fix that.

Clearly Legolas and Elrond are Elvish fighters as well as the army

If the two fighters were rolled together, I would hope it would be due to making race tokens. In this case, I would think that tokens for "Dwarf Fighter" would require the Dwarf race token.

Legolas is a Ranger, imo.
