TOPIC: Packing tokens; please be careful!

I will chime in that Kirk is awesome about this kind of thing when he's on the sending side. I once ordered some stuff from him - mostly some older sealed packs - and when I got the box, it looked like it had been mangled by a USPS machine, with the same kind of note he showed in his picture. Thankfully, most of the packs made it, except one must have not made it back into the "We're sorry" bag. I contacted Kirk about it, and he fixed it on the double.
