TOPIC: Transmuting questions

I’ve been playing for a few years now but I’m going to my first origins this week and need to get a bunch of trade token transmutes done in order to make my first token with the kilt. I did a few small trades a few years ago so I got most of it done with bagging all the ingredients in bags of 25 units with a label of what you’re making but if anyone has any tips on speeding up the process I’m all ears.

I was also curious what kind of tokens I should be looking that shouldn’t be transmuted? I know some obvious stuff like completion tokens, defender set and other top tier rare tokens probably can probably be sold for more than their transmute value but wasn’t sure if there was a good way to try and trade them for more than their transmute value other than listing it here.

If any of the more seasoned players have advice I’d appreciate it.

If you don’t want to manage posting and shipping the tokens, I suggest consignment. There are a couple of token stores that do it which would make it easier for you.

I’m not all that worried about getting full value for them but for example tdtavern has defender shield listed for like $8. I’d be fine trading someone one for a couple other random argonite units since it seems most random rare weapons and armors are usually worth a dollar or 2 so doesn’t make sense to transmute it along with all the other bulk items.

Awesome I appreciate it. I should have it all sorted and taken care of for the most part but it will help in case I messed something up.
