I was packaging up some recipes for transmuting then noticed that I the current order form doesn't allow for any of the 2019 recipes to be ordered yet. When can we transmute Kilts, Dog Figurines, etc?

I just went ahead and did my trade goods. That filled a medium sized box, so there wasn’t room for my transmutes anyway. And I needed to make a reserve bar before doing all my transmutes.
