TOPIC: E bay seller ???

So I am having an interesting conversation with an Arthu_lanc over on e bay... Anyone know what his beef is with Jeff and True Dungeon?

I have no idea who this seller is, or what beef he might possibly have with Jeff. I've not heard of any Ebay issues anyone has had with Jeff.

jeff doesnt even sell on eBay

I think he is having a conversation with a seller on ebay about an isue that person has with Jeff, not so much that ebay is the source of that problem.

Someone once told me that about 20-25% of the people you meet just won't like you, no matter what you do.

Life became much easier when I accepted that.

Apparently you've run into one of Jeff's 20%.

But why ask us why some random stranger might not like Jeff? We have no way of knowing.

I think Jeff is a great guy, for a human. I tend to view anyone who doesn't agree with suspicion, because I like to think I'm infallible.

My guess? People that have their own successful businesses attract quite a few "enemies." Whether it's legitimate or not is only known between those people and the owner [Jeff, in this case].

Yes sorry. This person has brought Jeff into our issue as in he thinks I am in league with Jeff who he perceives as out to get him. I personally have never had a conversation with Jeff other than hearing him talk at a couple of the True Dungeon talks he has held at Who's your Con. Just curious if it was a known issue or if others know of this seller has he has sold a dozen or so tokens on e bay.

As long as he doesn't know about the rest of us...

My first thought, based on zero evidence, is that this is one of the small number of volunteers invited to not come back for reasons of competence or integrity. If so then, rather than take responsibility for their part of the situation they choose to blame others.

Shelly worked with a guy who took a two-hour (versus 30 minute) lunch break, then sat in a corner for an hour nap while she skipped her lunch and did the work of two people to cover for him. He was eventually counseled, and I think that was the last year he volunteered.

You know, someone like that. Or not. It's pure speculation.

Would you mind telling me the seller's ebay name? I don't care to contact them or anything but I either want the full story or want to avoid buying from this vendor.
