Valetutto, I'm a bit confused. How did you know that pack was supposed to have a random UR in it? And, when you say it had an extra common, are you saying the sealed pack had 11 tokens of which 8 were commons, or that it had the normal 10 tokens and 7 commons instead of 6 commons and a random UR?

It was a couple of orders. I understand the percentage chance. My point actually is that I would have liked to pull any random UR. Even opening other people's packs I have never pulled one. But as a side note my bad luck also stretches to treasure pulls I couldn't pull an UR from a box if the ratio was 100 to 1 uncommon. Accept for my first run ever in true dungeon. Then my rogue pulled his first transmute.
