TOPIC: Completion tokens

I was wondering if there was a list of completion tokens that can be used for the Ring of Heroism and where it could be found.

Pick two from 2013, two from 2014, and two from 2015. Or you can wait until after GenCon this year and use two from 2016 instead of two of those.

from the TDb entry for Ring of Heroism :

• 6× different Completion Tokens from at least three different years. You may not use more than two from the same year and all must be from 2013, 2014, 2015, or 2016.
  OR
• 3× different Volunteer Tokens from three different years. You may not use more than one from the same year and all must be from 2013, 2014, 2015, or 2016.
