Hi, I noticed a bug -
If I make a druid with a 2h weapon and some 2h weapon bonus damage items, they don't get factored into polymorph damage. :) I think maybe polymorph damage might not recognize 2h weapon damage items.

Got it. I did confirm you are correct. It will be corrected in the next rev.
Thanks

We have released the new version of the Android app for this year. It includes most of the same updates as the IOS version.

1. Added 2016 token set
2. Added Import/Export functionality
- Export happens with email option. The attachment file is included at the bottom of the email
- Import. Save the email attachment, which should go to the Download directory on the internal storage.
- from the Character Add screen, tap Import. There is a dropdown showing all the files in the Download directory with the correct extension. Select and tape the Import File button at the top. If it shows 'Import Success' at the bottom. It is done. Tap Done and then Cancel on the Character Add screen to get back to the character list. It will not overwrite a character with the same name. it adds -001 or higher number to the name.

3. Added the polymorph and spell numbers to the first stat screen.
4. Updated the elemental damage totals to match the party card
5. Corrected issue with tokens for non-magical weapons and slings
6. Limits figurines to 1 or 2 for charisma >=16
7. Added Legs, Charm 7 and Charm 8 slots. (note if Charm Bracelets are the only equipped item, you get Charm 4 and Charm 5. For Charm Necklace you get Charm 4, Charm 5 and Charm 6. Only if you have both, does Charm 7 and Charm 8 become active.

I think that's it. BTW. The export files for Android are totally compatible with IOS and vice versa.

I am sure there are some bugs I missed, but I am sure you will help me with that.

Enjoy!
Tom

It looks to be through the Google processing step and should be available for upgrade..

Tom,

I love the apps! I use them both. I do have some suggestions and bug reports

Suggestion: Android and iOS - with the addition of the Boots of the 4 Winds, it seems like the Eldritch damage type will be added to the party card this year. It might make sense to go ahead and add it to the apps in preparation.

Suggestion: Android - on the phone at least, the phrasing around whether you can be surprised could be clearer. I like how on iOS it says "CANNOT be surprised" instead of "Surprise" "no"

Bug: Android - (major) I've saved the character file attachment to the Download folder, but the app doesn't seem to find any files to put in the list of files. (Side note: if I hit the "Import File" button at this point, the app crashes)

Bug: Android - (minor) when viewing a character, if I rotate my phone, it jumps back to the character list

Bug: Android - (minor?) exporting seems to work with default mail app, but trying to use the Gmail app pops up a toast saying "Permission denied for the attachment"

For Android bugs, these were on a Samsung Galaxy S6 (Android 5.1.1). I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but that had no impact.

It has already been added.
Have you looked it up in the TDb ?
Please post TDb corrections in this thread .
If I write something in teal, it should not be taken seriously

Taking one at a time.

1. I will consider adding Eldritch for future. It will probably wait until all the changes to the party card are done.

2. What is the file name on the attachment? The extension has to be .tdc to be recognized. (can you also list the full directory name for your Download folder? If not, it is not a big deal. The function call I make to get that directory is supposed to be device independent. In theory.)

2.a. Importing with no file name might be a problem. I will check that one out, and get it corrected.

3. Phone rotation. I looked into this for this rev, but have not found a reason for it. There is no indication of a crash on the form and nothing shows in the debugger.

4. I tried exporting with the default app and Gmail on my device and both worked fine, but I am not running 5.1.1. Permissions on Android are a major pain. I do set the permissions on the outgoing file for readable and writeable, but I will do some checking on the Android forums to see if anyone has a work around.

5. Surprise text. I will look into it, but screen space is a problem on that page.

I appreciate the detailed feedback. Thank you!

Just FYI.

An update has passed through Apple review for the IOS app. The items noted earlier are corrected, but the big problem was with the import. Under some conditions specific to iPhone, the import could happen and not update the screen. This has now been corrected. Anyone with the app should see the update available within the next day. Sorry for the glitch.

A couple of things.

There are still some items with long names where the quantity of tokens in your inventory is not visible. Mostly ioun stones.

I recently had DarkAngel offer to buy a +2 keen longbow. The text was so long it cut off the amount. It's was a healthy sum when I sold it though. :) I had never seen a buy offer on an ultra rare before.

The first golem in Golembane attacks with Magic Missile, which is why he hits most times. Wizards with Robe of the Arch Mage are immune to Magic Missile.

Ok, but I don't think that's the only instance. I'll track it a bit more.

Edit. Looks like I was remembering wrong. Have not seen it outside the golem fight.

On the plus side I have a lot more gold now. :)
