I found this and ordered it and I think it will work great for my token needs. Note that the guy in the picture is probably ~140lb so the bag was smaller than I expected. It won't hold normal 11x9 binders, but for me I use some of the token tubes and those cheap coin wallets and it fits quite a few of them. You can even fit one coin wallet in the quick water bottle external pocket.

My plan is to leave my real backpack at bagcheck and wear this in the dungeon with it at my front so I can quickly access any tokens I need.

I ordered this one and it holds my 1 1/4" Dansco binder perfectly. Not a lot of extra room, so everything stays put pretty well. I also have a lot of other leather pouches and things for a costume that help hold smaller tubes of consumables, but I like the messenger bag for holding the binder and not taking up a lot of space.
