My general comments though on this year's orange tokens:

As for the ring, if you have the RoSEC and the RO7P, the ring seems pretty underpowered for its very high cost.

I tend to agree that if you are already using a strength bow, the girdle in really nice. You might see if you end of doing more damage with the new bow, or the old bow and the girdle. The mighty bow is in high demand, so having it for trade would be pretty nice.

True enough. But the expense of the orange ring of focus pales in comparison to the expense of making both eldrich items!

On a related note, now that the eldrich elemental ring is out of print and the parts of the rod are so difficult/expensive to collect, I suspect the individual boots to go up in value. The boots will allow someone to obtain the eldrich 2-item set bonus relatively cheaply.

Yes, I have the RoSEC and the parts for the Rod (just haven't transmuted yet). I understand your logic--but I've thought similarly about the Girdle. I don't have the +2 STR Ioun stone, and despite its rarity I could probably pick that up much more cheaply than transmuting my Girdle to legendary. I'd be losing an Ioun slot, but there still aren't that many good stones as alternatives...

Ring of Focus is not supposed to be equippable by a Bard.

Even if they could, moving a 30 point heal to 31/33/35 points twice is much less healing then adding 1/3/5 to every heal a Cleric or Druid casts.

If it has been making the healing crazy good, I suspect it is being misapplied by giving the bonus to each party member instead of divided among each party member. Hopefully that will be explained to DM's at GENCON that it doesn't work that way.
