Good point, Don. Requiring a non-existent token will cut way down on conversions.

It's a 2013 rare. The text was just changed to the wrong color.

The Charm of Enlightenment is a rare from the new set. The color threw me off as well.

I agree with Lazlo's observation. Otherwise, the transmutes look good. Looking forward to the Niltongue!

Agreed on the points above about the Aragonite (and the desire to see the Niltongue recipe). Aragonite is tough to come by to begin with and will be in even greater demand in the next couple of years as people scramble to assemble the components for Rings of Heroism (which requires one). I understand the argument in asking for multiples for transmuted weapons and armor, but I still think two per is too steep. One sounds a lot more reasonable.

Thanks for your work on this, Jeff.

The Keen Slayer bow recipe seems steep in cost to me, especially since I would anticipate a dex based ranger would be the only class and build to use it effectively.

The distilled healing would be ok to have more 1pt healings for that. I'd be up for Mike's suggestion of any 1pt healing potions.

I wouldn't make one use items too expensive. Other than increasing the number of 1pt heal potions, I'd leave those alone.

The boots of the Marauder seem to be on the cheap side.

Otherwise the relics and lower seem reasonable to me.

Regarding the legendaries, I can't say I like requiring the additional URs. This is especially true regarding Asher's Dagger. Requiring 2 additional URs makes this the most expensive legendary for this year by at least the amount of the 2nd UR. Given this is the only legendary of which you could potentially use two legendaries, the additional cost is compounded.

The other concern I have with requiring a UR is that legendaries are timeless for their creation. Your decision and expense has to be made this year or next year when purchasing the extra UR(s) from TD. If you think you will only want the relic, and you change your mind after 2 GenCons, you could easily be out of luck finding the required UR(s), similar to what we just saw with the huge price on the ring of Air Elemental Command.

With previous legendaries, you had trade items, gold and tokens that could still be found easily after the 2 years, so you aren't likely to get "stuck" on missing one item for them.

Other than those comments, looks great! I appreciate the enchanter's munitions and other hard hit trade tokens from the last 2 years aren't going to continue to be hit as hard this year.

Thanks very much for coming up with these recipes! :)

Hope the trip to Germany went well! :)

Quip made the exact comment I was going to make about the Legendaries requiring URs.

They already require a Relic to create - adding a year-specific UR is... limiting. And expensive. (I know they also require other year-specific tokens, but it's always easier to find C/U/R tokens floating around after the fact).

The fact that Asher's dagger requires TWO extra URs seems extremely steep, especially when Rolands Ring requires ZERO extra URs.

And I'm with the others who think the price for the healing potion is on the low side. It should use more 1-pt heals, and maybe only 50 GP?

If history is any suggestion, in 2015, at the end of the story arc, there will likely be a cool monster ingredient based item if there isn't one for 2014.

The price of argonite is going to be heading up, especially considering how many people choose to draw from the OMG treasure box this year rather than the monster trophy one.

Given that Jeff has the condensed $1K give the buyer two Distilled Healing potions, I thought he would do a 11:1 ratio with 100 gp. I was looking forward to that. When he suggested 3:1, well? Who am I to argue? Healing is good. I hope Jeff put in the order for 1,000,000+ of the Distilled healing potion tokens.

I didn't do the math - are the trade item tokens reduced from past years' Legendary recipes to make up for the extra UR's that are required? Maybe this is Jeff's way of requiring fewer trade item tokens, since there are so many more Relics and Legendary tokens than last year?
