TOPIC: Gencon 2013 - How were your Pulls?

Some great pulls this year, and few ingredients. Regale us with tales of epic looting and woe!

Please note tokens of interest, about how many pulls you made, and which box you used!

For me:

32 pulls from Ingredient Box:
-Golem Spring
-Werewolf Fang
-Misc Reds and Greens but nothing else of interest.

0 pulls from Gear Box:
-N/A

I think about 80 pulls, from both boxes (not sure how many from either). One purp (Elixir of Life), a fair number of ingredients, a bunch of reds, and mostly Uncommons.

About 60 pulls. About Half from the bits bin, half from the Gear bin. A girdle of frost giant strength, ring of heroism, +3 ammo of alteration, five monster bits, but no genie vapor.

In hindsight I should have taken them all from the gear bin.

I got incredibly lucky. This is my first year and only did 2 runs, with 5 total pulls. I ended up pulling Nightshade's +2 short sword on Saturday after my run. I couldn't believe it. I was sitting down with a few fellow adventurers trading in my gp items for a red and looking at my first purple ever. Pretty cool to get lucky like that!

About 110 pulls (~20 from the ingredient box, ~90 from the equipment box)

One had a total of 14 pulls from the equipment box

1 Ring of Heroism
1 +3 Mithral Bracers
1 Dragon Tooth Amulet
0 Monster Ingredients
10 miscellaneous rares, uncommons and commons

The other had 20 pulls (6 from the ingredient box, 14 from the equipment box)
0 Monster Ingredients
20 rares, uncommons and commons (nothing of significance)

More pulls than I am used too given the AoW effect and the results were:

Lots of Greens
A few Reds
1 Ioun Stone Lavender Ellipsoid (gave it to a friend as I have 2)
1 Cloak of Greater Destiny
1 Girdle of Frost Giant Strength
1 Boots of Sure Footing
1 Ring of the Eye
2 Dragon Tooth Amulets

Most of my pulls were from the Gear Box.

Lots and lots and lots of stuff for transmuting into Trade Items, ie - rares and uncommons.

I did end up with 4500GP... sooo... I guess I am good at pulling GP tokens.

I did end up with all the Monster Trophy ingredient tokens I wanted, except for ONE copy of Direwood Thorn.

The highlight was pulling one copy of Girdle of Frost Giant Strength.

My wife and I pulled about equally from the "trophy box" and the "gear box".

Overall, I would say the Trophy Box was WAAAAAY under saturated with monster trophy tokens and the Gear Box was WAAAAAY over saturated with Relics and UR tokens. But given that this was the first year they had tried something like this, I can understand the mix ratio being off.

137 pulls.

20 from the ingredient box - 5 ingredients, 9 rares, 6 etc.

117 from the gear boxes on Friday / Saturday -

30 Pulls between myself and my Fiance in our two runs. I believe the box choices were split with me pulling from the ingredients and she was pulling from the equipment, wish we would have realized how stacked the equipment deck was.

Not much. 120ish pulls, some monster bits, one shirt of shielding. Did not know about the good stuff until I'd pulled all by 16 of my treasure. I wish "more gear" had been explained that we'd only get purps or better if we tried that box. Kinda feel cheated.

For my group (and my individual runs) I can say we had 500+ pulls. I have no idea what the pulled from because I told them to pull from which ever box they wanted. On Sunday they were told on the Monster box was available.
