TOPIC: Transmuted tokens at Gen Con 2012 - Several ?

Where? When? How?

Last year was my first TD, this year I'm looking to try some transmuted recipes but didn't think about it until a few weeks ago. Have the right ingredients, but when/where is this done? How? Do I need a token recipe form that was used for the mail in trades?
