they can be gotten now if you send them in

but you have to pay postage

That is the plan - send in for some trade items this weekend when I get back from visiting my family in MA (I miss MA, but I don't miss humidity or mosquitoes!).

Then when I get those, I'll send in for my Charm of Heroism (yay!). Too bad it has to be two separate transactions, but not that big a deal.

So how does the onsite exchange work? Would I have to stand in line twice to get those two extra Minotaur Hides I need for the Girdle of Frost Giant Strength, or can I get that done all in one go? Do I need to fill out the TEP form like we did for WhosYerCon? Would I need to block out enough time to wait, or can I get called when the trade material is ready to be picked up (again like WhosYerCon)?

You would need to send in for you Mintoaur hides before the end of July to receive them before the convention. You could then send all the stuff in for your belt, or bring it all to the convention. Last year, we were not allowed to make Trade tokens, just the Transmuted stuff. Letting us make Trade Tokens means lugging a lot of extra weight back to home base.

Having sent a few Trade/Transmute orders in, you will need to fill out paperwork on each order. You will be prompted to print and fill it out at the end of your order.

i think it is usually all tokens need to arrive by 31st of july (deleivered at gencon...

something like the 15th of july if you want them mailed back before ...

I am probably wrong but that is what sticks out in my mind

Are we already past the date for mailed back by GenCon? Is there any way to check? I just found all the parts for my transmuted recipies and I was debating mailing them in tomorrow - then again I dont mind doing a GenCon Pickup... Never done that before though - where do you put that in your order form? Or is it better to show up between the transmuting hours and just do it there/then?
