Dave that is extremely fair, and how I remembered the ruling from years ago. I like the fact that if you do something to disable a Permanent Token it will be applied to all parties exactly the same way.

I actually think it's kind of cool that PaulDK's party was given the Elixer back. I realize that's a rare thing to happen but it's neat nonetheless.
