TOPIC: tokens!!!!

I got my one pack in the mail today..now there are 2 GTs found. I will start a GT thread under Gencon 2011 thread..for now until adventuring groups one pops up

I got home from a client and saw an Express Mail package sitting on the porch. I thought to myself that there is no chance in hell that could be my single little $250 order of TD tokens could it? I mean, those were not being shipped till February.

I guess you can tell that I had not logged in here in a while. I went to pick up the box and there was no mistaking what it was. Nothing else weighs that much in such a small box! Maybe this year, I thought to myself, I will finally get that random UR.

I did come across a token packet where the wrapping was much smoother than any packet I had opened before. I knew something was different about it so I opened it hopping it would be a packet with an UR. An odd token did appear, not a random UR but a Golden Ticket! I think that makes up for all the years (and a few thousand dollars) of not getting even one random UR!

Wow, Congrats Mr Smith! The fates are certainly smiling upon the patient, and the deserving.

Congrats to the others who got their GTs, too!

Meh. No GT. Nothing that even remotely redeems this year's pull.

Ugghh, my tokens have been delivered but I'm stuck at work on duty till tomorrow:(

Got mine, no Golden Ticket and once again not a single pack pulled Ultra Rare That is 4 years and not one

Got my personal order. 3 URs in 2 consolidated packs (Boots of Might, Wil's Dragonheart, and Greater Holy Symbol of Pelor).

Now just need to get my share of the split...

Don't worry, 6 years and no Ultra Rare for me. Oh wait strike that, I pulled one at True Realm. So 6 years and one UR.

So get this, last year I got my friend into true dungeon and he bought 10 packs, pulled an UR,

Got another friend into it, he pulled an UR in the damn free pack he got with his run. Blew my mind.

I should start a thread to see how many packs people have bought without pulling an UR. I wonder what it would be.

But when I opened the 29th out of 30 packs, I realized that the streak was broken! My first 00 pack! I got a +2 Staff of Striking. Now will be looking to trade it for another purp. Off to the Trading thread!
