Is a Sylvan Scepter wooden? 13 years 8 months ago #1

Would it work with a ring of the woodworker?

I will try and get an anser for you. I need to talk to Jeff. The shaft is likely made of wood, but the question would be do we treat it like a mace or morning star, where the shaft may be wood but contact part is metal then making it not work with the ring of the wood worker, or is it really a big wooden ornately carved club, in which case yes.

Dave

I have the same question for +1 scepter of stirge. Will it work with eel skin gloves or is it considered wood?

The scepter of the stirge is a mix of wood and metal so no it does not work with the ring of the wood worker, but it does fall into the mace category so it does work the with the eelskin gloves. See this post.
