<br /><br />The ring should have two circles on the token face representing 2 charges.

You used to have to turn the token in after all the charges were used, but now the DMs use a leather punch to mark the used charges, so I think you get to keep the token after it is used up.
There is no charge for awesomeness, or attractiveness.
