I haven't really been in the market for anything like the ones that were pictured here but I am now carrying tokens for 5 combined with all of the great recommendations in this thread have really convinced me that I NEED to get one!

Molda does a truly great job. Appealing artistically and comfortable. Just don't put anything in the wallets you need to gain access to quickly, like consumables as it is time consuming to get the tokens out.

I am keeping most of my non TE tokens in mine

I disagree. I've been practicing wearing mine on a bag strap (ala Chewbacca) across my chest specifically to be able to quickly and easily access items like Antitoxin, Universal Solvent, and Potions, as well as show non-turn-in tokens to the DM and I'm not having any trouble.

Maybe yours is different. On mine all the tokens are opened closest to the spine. I filled it up and taking out tokens is measured at minimum 30 seconds, more like a minute or two. This is not a problem for me, I would rather have the security of them not randomly popping out than easy access.

All of the token wallets open and close / load and unload the same way.
I found that with a little practice, once the pockets began to loosen a little, using my thumb I could slide a token from the outside toward the inside opening and then grasp it and remove it rather quickly.
Years ago I did produce a product I called a token dispenser which was a tube made of rawhide which could be used to deliver a single token at a time rather quickly. The idea was to use it for consumables of a single type such as healing tokens. The problem was that they were very labor intensive and I have not had the time to work on them anymore. Although, I have considered using kydex to make some which would be quicker and much easier. Unfortunately not nearly as in keeping with the spirit of the game.
Never underestimate the power of human stupidity! (Luckily I'm only half.)
