I know this happened when I placed my preorder, but had read it was fixed. However, I placed a transmute order yesterday. The order is showing in my history as confirmed (tokens went in the mail today), yet I'm now getting a message at the top of the screen that the items are still in my cart waiting to be checked out. I'll leave them there for now in case you want to look at it, but will probably just go ahead and clear them out later if they're still there. Just wanted to point it out. Thanks.

We are having issues with the Transmute ordering...sorry. We are on it.

I had the same issue and accidently paid the $5 twice. I sent an email about it, but posting here for data points.

We are now going to just send you a link to the Token Form -- instead of trying to get it to appear after payment is made. It appears that a recent change at PayPal has made that a problem.

So...in the future...you just have to click on the link at the top of your emailed Receipt to go inside your order details to print the Token Form PDF. Or...you can just go into your Order History, click on that specific order, see the order details and click on the link there.
