TOPIC: event listings from prior runs

Hi,

did anyone else get their records cleaned out?

I made 5th level last year and I think I was almost to 6th and now I can't find my player history.

The history on My Account page is all there (all six years of running with "XP Towards Total" summing up to 8000) but the XP bar on that page is zeroed out. No idea what it means...

Both my bar and history are fine. Looks like it is probably a database glitch.

Yep, mine got completely wiped out too. Fortunately for me, my husband has been running True Dungeon almost as long as myself, so when we contacted TD prior to GenCon, it looks like they replaced my XP with of copy of my husband's (which upset me a bit because there were events I had attended that he hadn't, so I'm short xp but at least I have MOST of it back). I wish you the best of luck in trying to get your account restored.
