Just the form, though the slow downs see sporadic. For example clicking into general took about 20 seconds but this thread loaded in near real time when I posted this reply.

What browser brand and version are you using when you browse the Forum. I am using Firefox 10.0.2 and it seems normal to me -- on both the main site and the Forum.
