I wish I could be ... 17 years 6 months ago #1

I like to ask this question from time to time just to see what people's responses are. If you could be any fictional character, regardless of gender, who would you want to be and why? I figure I should get some pretty interesting answers from such a well rounded group as this.

I've always kind of liked the idea of being Robin Hood. The idea of fighting for a noble cause and freeing your people from oppression is kind of cool. Also, he's not too shabby with a bow and arrow.

Kim

I have begun to read the Necroscope series by Brian Lumley. I read the original 5, but there have been quite a few additions in the last number of years. Time to read them all.

But his ability to speak to the dead, learn from them, and help fulfill their dreams. That seems pretty cool. Then there is his grasp of the use of the Mobius Continuum. Good times... Never pay for airfare again =D

Robin Hood? Feh. The woods are full of bugs and dirt and $hit. Nature gives me the heebie jeebies unless it's on a tv screen or postcard.

I always thought I would make a pretty good super villian. I never came to a conclusion which super villain I would want to be though. One with superhuman abilities and the power over life and death would be spiffy. Overpopulation would no longer be a problem, lets put it that way.

Meh, I'd stick with being me. It's taken me all my life to be me, why would I want to throw all that away to be a piece of fiction?
I'm content with being me. :angel8:

I'm with DD, for the most part. I like being me. There's not another one like me, though I know some who would say, Thank God." LOL! But if I were to improve what I am, besides the obvious "improve my health" tweeks, I'd be someone who could read minds. This would not be for my advantage but more for me to understand others better. Sometimes I'm at at loss to understand as fully as I'd like. Seems I'm always mentally saying, "Huh?"

My fictional character is one I have made up so I don't know if that would count. After all the Grey Panther is very suave, swashbuckling, rash glamour mage who has a very rose coloured glasses outlook on life. She is so fun to play in my rpg because she's so easy to channel. So I guess that means I would like to be me. Eh thats cool.

Hahaha
