I have collected a lot of terrain suitable for miniatures gaming (D&D, etc.) over the years. Given space constraints, I can no longer afford to keep these items. All items are new and just opened to verify contents. The Dwarven Forge is all pre-painted Dwarvenite.

The listed prices are just the original cost, not what I am asking. Many of these beautiful items are out of print, and even the items still in stock by the manufacturer have seen price increases. The MBA "Remaining Buildings" are a large number of MBA buildings that weren't part of a particular set. They are all suitable for 28mm gaming either fantasy or European style.
I would offer a substantial discount for the entire lot, but I would give some discount for any of the line items (at this time I'm not breaking up the individual lines into sets). The listed sets for Dwarven Forge or MBA were of the All-In variety so you'd get everything that was in that KS plus various add-ons/incentives.
Shipping -- Yes, this would be a significant issue as these items are heavy and bulky. I live in the Chicago area, and would be willing to travel somewhere in the Midwest to meet up for delivery for a large enough purchase. I will also be at Ring Con and could deliver in person there.
