Anyone else wondering about how a sanitation worker ends up a storm trooper? Either his talents were squandered at one point, or he's way outta his league.

Rey must be Luke's daughter, right? She has pretty amazing Jedi skills considering she has no training.

Sad to see Han die, but I also think Harrison Ford probably insisted on it.

Harrison Ford tried to get Lucas to kill Han off in RotJ. No lie.

I kept watching The Force Awakens comparing it to what Timothy Zahn did in all his novels. I'm hoping - HOPING! - Rey is the twin sister of Ben. Of course, that would then make them Jacen and Jaina, the twin children of Han and Leia. Which is weird because Ben is Han/Leia's child, but in the EU (Expanded U) he is the son of Luke and Mara Jade (who I hope to whatever Star Wars Gawds there are is not retconned into obscurity).

Han and Leai's youngest is actually Anakin. Who, in the EU, went to the Dark Side, IIRC. It happened in non-Zahn novels so I didn't read them.

I wonder how much stock I have to own in Disney to make them listen to my opinion about SW-Zahn's novels and take me seriously. Right now I believe I own enough that they should at least listen to me.

Actually, Jacen went to the dark side. He tried to corrupt Ben (Luke and Mara's son.) But, none of that happened in any Zahn books.

Though Han is dead, Harrison is not done with SW according to Kathy Kennedy. She said everyone is back for VIII.

Yeah Anakin Solo dies doing something noble. I don’t remember what but it was against the Vong.
