Does anyone know of a good insurance company to provide coverage for classic automobiles?

I found this place, but it's not registered with the BBB.

Is anyone familiar with the company listed above? It's local to Indy (8481 Bash St, Suite 1300, Indianapolis, IN 46250) and has rates about half that of other companies I've looked at.

I have a solid low offer from a good guy on a great vehicle. If I purchase it, my wife and I may enjoy the pleasure of driving it for a while and then flip it.

I use American Collectors insurance. They specialize in classic cars and the prices are not horrible. A buddy of mine even had to make a claim through them. They do an agreed value not just some blue book value and will even cover you while you are finishing a restoration.

They insure a 58 Chevy Apache and a 71 Charger R/T for us.

Thanks.

The one I found from Indy runs about $186 for the same coverage American and others are charging $364. If I knew for certain that the Indy company handled claims well (actually paid them and without fuss), then it's a steal. However, what's the old saying? "Anything that seems too good to be true usually is." Grrr. Wish I knew!

Thanks again for providing me another option and letting me know that your buddy used them for a cliam. Since you did not say otherwise, I'm assuming the claim was properly processed and without much hassle.
