TOPIC: True Dungeon Bartending School

True Dungeon Bartending School 14 years 5 months ago #1

I wanted to post a drink recipe here on the forums which Helene and I had come up with a few months ago by accident- just experimenting with things in our bar. We dubbed the drink "Creeper Extract" and while we don't make it all the time, it is a nice thing to have every once and a while because of its unusual, floral taste and creepy blue-green hue.

Anyone else have any TD-inspired drink recipes to share?

Creeper Extract

2 shots (2 oz.) Magellan gin
1 shot (1 oz.) St. Germain liquor
7-UP

Shake Magellan and St. Germain in ice until cooled, then
strain into a standard martini glass. Top with 7-UP to
taste. Although spanish moss makes an excellent garnish,
we don't really recommend it.

Cheers,
WJ
Legally... its questionable. Morally... its disgusting. Personally... I *like* it.
