TOPIC: FULL Ebony Altar Fri Nov 6 5:48 pm EPIC PUZZLE

I am not David Z, but I am playing him for purposes of organizing a Friday night Epic run in November, hence the blatant copying-and-pasting of his usual Friday Epic sign-up post.

I have all 10 tickets and am looking for more players; post here with class preferences if you'd like to join! Cost is $82 each.

This will be an Epic difficulty run with PUZZLE path choices (if applicable).

Epic-curious players welcome: if you're not sure whether your Nightmare build can handle Epic but want to find out, come join us!
You don't necessarily need legendaries to play Epic; aside from CoA [David Z] didn't own any when [David Z] started.
What you do need is enough max HP to not die before we can get around to healing you, and (for sliding classes) enough +hit for monster ACs in the 30-40 range.
You can generally plan on +4 bardsong and +2 prayer, so e.g. base +18 with +6 buffs will hit AC 40 on a natural 16 slide. Part of playing Epic is that it's okay to miss sometimes!
High saves (20+) are good too, but another part of playing Epic is that it's okay to fail saves sometimes. And if we die in room 7 but have a lot of fun, that's okay too!

Count me in for Dwarf Fighter, as it seems Fighter is taken.

The martial classes are well-represented. Any casters wanna join?

I think Bard is the most needed class at this point. The party has tokens to lend (I have a Widseth's Legendary Lute, for example, and the rest of my usual Bard's Epic-level build). Is the motivation behind saying you could "switch to most non bard caster classes" not having a Bard build, having a passionate hatred for playing Bard, or something else?

I will leave it to other party members to say if any of them are willing to switch to other classes.

Happy to play Bard if we need 1 so David can join as something else. I would need the Legenday as I only own the 3 old UR for Bard.

I don't have a bard build at all, which is why I was no bard. If there a build I could borrow, I'd be more than willing to play bard.
