TOPIC: List Your 11-26 VTD Specialty Run for Our Volunteers!

For every VTD, our volunteers work from a Run of Show document. This handy spreadsheet lists every run by ticket time, the VDM assigned to the run, the slot code, and the link to the Zoom meeting. Over the last year, we've been adding short notes about pre-arranged runs like the D&D run, Hedgehogs, Kids' Run, etc. These notes have been a big help in planning for individual runs, and I think they've helped to create a better experience for both the VDMs and the players.

However, it can be a big time suck trying to figure out what notes to put where. Instead of scouring the forums, fan Discord, and direct messages players send to get the labels for runs, we're going to try consolidating everything into one place. So, if you've got a run booked that has a special theme, additional rules, or a known difficulty copy the code below, fill out the information, and reply to this thread to get it on our radar.

Example Form:
Run Day: Friday, Saturday, or Sunday
Run Time: This should be the ticket time for your run from td.events, NOT your local time that the run will start. Be sure to use AM and PM!
Type of Run: Include as much or as little information as you like to help us prep, but remember that we need to be able to summarize this info with three words or less to make it fit on the Run of Show.
