With the new 5-room format, how does the two-hour time slot break down? Is it still the same minutes per room?

It's 12 minutes per room still. so if your time is 1:00pm, you'll be in epilogue at 2:36pm

So you have coaching, training, five rooms, then epilogue, each 12 minutes (if you started at the listed start time)?

Coaching is 24 minutes. Full schedule for a 1:00 runtime:

(arrive 10-30min early to choose classes and start equipping tokens!)
1:00 coaching
1:24 training
1:36 room 1

2:36 epilogue
