This all depends on reprinting the Arcane earcuff.

I would like to see an reprint of awaken synergy items seen with a legendary synergy, like the legendary counts as one to any synergy item for others equipped with them you just don't get the benefit yourself. So for synergy items you don't want to equip you can be a team player.

Components were last reprinted 6 and 8 years respective so 7 seems like a nice split.

Polarity reverser – Steampunk device that reverses the polarity of the neutron void flow. Once/game, any special effects (NOT HP damage) from an attack affects the caster instead. For example, a plague cultist’s Disease attack would infect the cultist, not the party member.

Tome of Eldritch Scrolls - Like the UR Tome of Useful Scrolls but allows casting Rare scrolls too.

Riffing on this idea:

Reprint Carter's Tome of Insight
Relic is Carter's Tome of Greater Insight - The recast spell is a free action, but user takes 5 hp damage.
Legendary is Carter's Necronomicon - The recast spell is 3rd level, free as a scroll. User takes 10 hp damage.

Make this the Year of the Necromancer.

In that vein, there is no Legendary Mystic Staff yet. There is also not a Mystic Staff that does Darkrift damage, but that may be less useful (?) in this context. That would be a staff held by a necromancer, though.

+1 to this, since we don't reprint Relics, an alternate version of Charm of Awakened Synergy with a transmute path that leads to a Legendary version would be great. The legendary could take Charm of Awakened Synergy OR the new Relic in its recipe. Maybe the Legendary could be, if the whole party has them, 1/game auto-succeed one initiative roll.

I'd also like a new 2H sword (or other melee weapon) Relic/Legendary path. Barbarians have the Deathcleaver transmute, but that was in 2015 so it will have been 12 years. This new one could be usable by Barbarian/Fighter/Paladin but maybe give Barbarians some extra power on it. I believe when Kilgor’s was created, there was talk of updating more of the old weaponry and this seems like a good next one to do.

Token: The Dreamer's Box. Slot less Relic
Description: +2 damage (+5 vs Evil Outsiders) Take half of the players current health to break out of the Endless Dream 1/game.
Purpose: Item that allows a person to save themselves from a failed a Endless Dream save at a high cost. The damage gives it purpose beyond just 2027

I second a 2h xmute path

I would start with an UR +2 Corrupted Great Sword (insert themed name). Maybe use increased damage wheel or +str/dmg but give it a draw back like -HP, -AC, or -Will save etc.

Relic path would be a cleansed version, basically the same, but +3 and remove the negatives.

If moving to Legendary then it could become an imbued version.

Proposing a legendary dagger transmute line. I have 2 different ideas:

This line is useable by all except Cleric and Paladin:
+2 Void Tentacle UR (dagger)
(Includes 2 points of Eldritch damage)
1/game Sacrifice 5 Max HP apply the damage of this attack to a second enemy. You can no longer unequip this weapon.

+3 Voidstalker Tentacle Relic
(Includes 3 points of Eldritch damage)
2/game Sacrifice 5 Max HP 1/combat choose either apply the damage of this attack to a second enemy or attack a ranged enemy as if they were in melee. You can longer unequip this weapon.

+4 (Lesser god)'s Void predator Tentacle Legendary
(Includes 4 points of Eldritch damage)
1/combat Sacrifice 5 Max HP choose either apply the damage of this attack to a second enemy or attack a ranged enemy as if they were in melee or if the attack were to miss immediately reslide. You can longer unequip this weapon.

Sacrificing Max HP would lower the max HP you can heal to. I can see this working either if you were at 45/50 ho activating could being you to 45/45 or more likely balanced to 40/45.

The second idea requires a reprint of the Nightshade's +2 throwing dagger

Nightshade's +3 throwing dagger (relic)
Rogues gain +3 damage on sneak attack
(Keeping all the other text of the +2 version)

Nightshade's's +4 returning throwing dagger (legendary)
(Keeps all the text of the previous versions)
Automatically returns when thrown
Rogue Enthusiast

Another thought is this same token, but it takes up three slots. It lets people carry one token instead of three.
