Bead of Fine Fate
On inspection, this feels more like a rare level bead than Uncommon. Consider changing it to +2 to a single save like Will power or Reflex

I agree with Impy, everything here looks good except for Bead of Fine Fate, which could either become a Rare item with its current effect, or have its effect adjusted downwards somewhat to bring it more in line with an Uncommon level of power.

I think the Fate Cards are thematically cool! To the point where I wonder if a Rare Fate Card would be worthwhile, or even if it would be possible to apply that theme somehow to an Ultra Rare item : )

The bead is fine - the several existing rare save beads offer +3 or 4 to a single save, which is better than +1 to each of 3 saves (because classes start off with different values in different saves, and some people value Will and Fort saves higher than Reflex saves).

We have to get to a UR bead before we get +all Saves, and even then it's only +2. Before that, Uncommon beads are +2 to one save. I would be willing to flex to +3 if it were only against a specific monster type. But plus 1 tom everything at Uncommon is too good. It it had some kind of drawback, like negative HP, then it might be ok.

Absolutely yes. It's why the bead expander is also in wrists.

Slowing down creep keeps a game healthier in general.

Yeah...I guess I was basing it off of a 2024 Boots that was +1 to saves...but it is an outlier. I will fix it! Thanks.

I think the difference here is that we get 1 set of boots but up to 3 beads. So +1 saves in a multi-item slot is equivalent to the Rare Ioun Stone: Beryl Prism. Whereas the boots are more equivalent to the +1 Cloak of Protection - that's your only item in that slot.
