The Orb of Annihilation is slotless, this is a figurine so as well as taking up a slot would also be competing with FoP: Reaver (though depending on enemy DR this may be slightly too good in comparison).

+2 Stakeshooter - Ranged 1H weapon that does sacred damage and has a insta kill dot for vampires on a critt. Rangers can dual wield these (thinking thematics of hand crossbows for people like Van Helsing)

Per previous posts, a crossbow seems very thematic.
