Hi Kathy! Thanks for sharing your build. For someone who has only run 4 times so far, you have assembled a very nice collection of tokens. In my opinion, your build is now "solid hardcore." For example, Enchanter's Whetstone and +1 weapons are an excellent combo. I think the +2 Cloak of Resistance is the best rare cloak in the game. The Ring of Dark Health is also a great choice for a melee-based monk. It might be worthwhile to swap the Robe of Deftness (+2 Dex) for a Robe of Aset (+2 AC and +2 HP), which would result in +1 AC, +2 HP, and -1 reflex save.
(Disclaimer: I don't usually play Monk, so people who actually do might have better advice than I do. Feel free to listen to them instead of me!)
Unfortunately, you've done such a good job already that there aren't a ton of cheap upgrades I can think of. Long term, if you'd like to play at a higher level, the biggest recommendations I have would be increasing your HP and melee to-hit, and getting your saves up maybe 2-5 per save. Getting your character up to Level 5 (purple side of the character card instead of yellow) would also be nice. Also, if you'd like to get more than 3 treasure chips per run, you could add some treasure enhancers. An inexpensive option is this year's Charm of Guidance. You'll also get +1 treasure draw when you become a Level 6 player, so keep putting in those XP cards. You'll be there before you know it.
For our GT run, if you would like, you're welcome to borrow the following tokens. This would get your character up to Level 5 and give you quite a bit more HP, saves, melee to-hit, and damage. Feel free to play around with the character generator to see how adding any of these would impact your build. Happy to discuss if you want, either here, by DM, or in-person before the run.

Ioun Stone: Add Ioun Stone Elfstone Shard with w/ extra slot from Orbits
Finger: Add Greater Ring of Havoc w/ extra slot from Charm of Glory
