Wow - with the XP from Gen Con I just made 12th level! Thanks to everyone I ran with, the DMs, NPCs, blue hands, backstage crew, admin, customer service reps, etc.! You are all awesome!

How do I get the 11th and 12th level awards? Do I have to request them as part of a transmute order?

If you go to the store on the site, you should see new items in your available store items.

Same as all the other rewards. They'll be available to "purchase" from the store. Just pay shipping.

The 11th and 12th level cabochons should be visible at the bottom of the store page when you are logged in. You can order them on their own, but many people combine their level rewards with a token/transmute order since they’ll have to pay for shipping anyway.
