TOPIC: My Treasure Luck Finally Changed

I have always had terrible luck drawing from the treasure boxes. My first two adventures this year looked to continue that streak. Out of 56 tokens drawn the only ones of note were 1 monster bit, one or two runes, 500 gp, and two mystic silks.

My last run, however, was different. The 8 loose tokens were nothing special, but then I opened the 20 pack:
500 gp
1 philosopher's stone
a couple runes
3 monster trophies
and TWO ultra rares!!!

Congratulations! Awesome to hear of good draws.
I share your streak of bad In-person draws. Thus far my best was a 5000 GP bar, although I got 2 tinker 37s which pushed me to complete my totem.
But this year Origins and GenCon which I got to attend one day each and one TD run each saw a total of 34 draws. All of them were standard pack UC and R, with one rune and one monster bit. Disappointing to say the least.

Oh well VTD is coming soon!

Yay, congratulations!!

started out hot, first run at Gencon pulled a Bead of Celicia, then went to turn in my four treasure tokens and pulled another Bead of Celcia, traded that for an eyepatch of the Aesir. The rest of my runs resulted a few monster parets, four runes and about 1800 gold.

Good fun all around, got to be in Dave's 850th run, that was funny.

Congrats on the great pulls. I still believe in the randomness of the treasure and have had some atrocious cons and some amazing cons for treasure. It seems to come and go in streaks. May this start a positive streak for you.
