Hi, David! This sounds like it is going to be a fun run!
My group has three tickets. All of us have played before (two of us quite a bit), but none of us have played since the pandemic, so I expect a bit of rust. We can be somewhat flexible, but our preferred classes are wizard, dwarf fighter, and druid.
As for difficulty, we can absolutely work with HC. When we last played in 2020, our zard and DF could handle NM and our druid could handle HC (maybe NM if we move some things around and surround with other strong characters). I assume that will still be the case in 2024 (you probably know best). If necessary, the zard could flex to elf, bard, or rogue, the DF could flex to fighter, and the druid could flex to cleric, all without needing to reduce difficulty level.
We are always a tad hesitant to foist tokens on other players (not wanting to be pushy), but we are always more than happy to lend tokens to players who genuinely want them to fill in gaps. It sounds like you are a total pro and pretty well stocked, but as you equip your pals, feel free to post any needs here or DM me if you would like us to check our inventory to see if we can help out. I have some specialty bard tokens (including the relic lute) and rogue tokens (including the rod of persuasion and libram of looting) that, as you know, can make the run more fun for people who are interested in those classes.
Oh, and we have a full set of 10 synergy charms to share. (I am an HP addict.)
Stats and tokens aside, our top priority is making sure everyone in the party gets to contribute and have a great time. We love it when a group gels. And we especially value a good laugh. Looking forward to this!
